When I was thirteen, I started experiencing back pain. What began as simple discomfort worsened over time. After years of chiropractic care and physical therapy, I was diagnosed with Scheuermann's Disease, a developmental disorder of the spine causing debilitating movement. Determined to manage my pain and live life to the fullest, I made it my personal goal to learn as much as I could about the body.
As a certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, I am passionate about passing on that knowledge and helping others achieve the same success. Over the past few years, I’ve worked in the rehabilitation program at Arizona Pain Relief, shadowing three doctors daily. In this role, I learned to identify and address muscle imbalances, which are common causes of pain.
Creating Fix-N-Flex has allowed me to combine my love for the gym with rehabilitation. It’s a blessing to teach people to work out with a plan to reduce and prevent pain.
It all starts with a FREE 30-minute consultation. During this session, I'll conduct multiple assessments and discuss your goals in detail. This helps me understand your body and design a personalized plan for you. On the first day of training, you'll learn a daily stretching and strengthening routine to do at home. Training sessions are one hour long and are scheduled two to three times a week, depending on your goals.
