When I was thirteen years old I started experiencing back pain. At first it was simple discomfort that began to worsen over time. After years of chiropractic and physical therapy I was diagnosed with Scheuermann's Disease (a developmental disorder of the spine; causing debilitated movement). I made it my personal goal to learn as much about the body as I could in order to manage my pain and live life to the fullest.
As a certified Personal Trainer my desire is to pass that knowledge on and see others have the same success I've experienced. I've spent the last couple years at Arizona Pain Relief working in the rehabilitation program, shadowing three doctors on a daily basis. In this role, I've learned to identify and address muscle imbalances which are common causes of pain.
Creating Fix-N-Flex has allowed me the opportunity to combine my love for the gym together with rehabilitation. It's a blessing to have the opportunity to teach people to workout with a plan to reduce and prevent pain.
It all starts with a FREE 30-minute consultation. During this session, I'll conduct multiple assessments and discuss your goals in detail. This helps me understand your body and design a personalized plan for you. On the first day of training, you'll learn a daily stretching and strengthening routine to do at home. Training sessions are one hour long and are scheduled two to three times a week, depending on your goals.
